I am a huge fan of the staff at Nissan in Nanimo š I spent no less than 4 full days and bought 2 different vehicles. I bought one changed my mind and purchased a different one. Connor was so fun and helpful no high pressure and no judgement for changing my mind. I highly recommend seeing Connor at Nissan it was a pleasure to work with him.

This was an email sent summer of 2023. It's now 2024 & Nissan of Nanaimo still making hard inquiries without my knowledge. I will be taking further action. This is not right. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from these guys. Your credit inquiries will continue to be used without your consent.
Not long after my purchase, mold appeared underneath my mats. The detailing department is by far the worst quality. Old food and hardened candy in-between my seat's were a nice surprise. Along with burnt Oil in my pan.. the engine flush after purchase is really what I wished for! Will not be returning!
I went to the Nissan dealership in Nanaimo with hopes of finding a new car after mine had just broken down. I went to a few different dealerships before this one and had awful experiences with the staff and the prices. I decided to check out Nissan and was helped by Lexi who was the most amazing help. I was able to find the car that I wanted without all the extra stress and found a price that was actually reasonable. Definitely ask for Lexi if you ever go here.
Very very poor service wish I Never went threw them look at this detailing job I canāt believe how unprofessional they are and very pushy and trying to say they didnāt do that hahah ya you did and then donāt fix it right away wow never again will I buy a car from them and scratches on my car too
Brylan Was Very helpful took less than 30 hours to get me a vehicle.. and the 2022 Nissan quashqui sv is amazing I will be going back I recommend going to see him I havenāt met him in person but wish I did very satisfied
